Looks like KTM is ready to drop another update for its popular ADV line. The 2025 KTM 390 Adventure X has started arriving at dealerships. A few sharp-eyed folks spotted it sitting pretty inside a Pune showroom. That means the official launch is just days away now.

Name Still Under Wraps

There’s been chatter that this new bike would carry the ‘X Plus’ badge. But these fresh images say otherwise. No ‘Plus’ anywhere on that tank or side panels. So, is it the 390 Adventure X or the X Plus? KTM is keeping that bit tight until the covers come off officially.

No Major Design Overhaul

KTM hasn’t gone wild with new paint or graphics. The 390 Adventure X sticks to what works. The usual bold orange and black shades are still there. What does stand out though is the new switchgear. You’ll spot a dedicated cruise control switch, which is a handy touch for those long highway runs.

Electronics Get A Boost

This is where things get interesting. KTM has given the new X model some clever kit. The bike now packs an IMU-based setup. That means Cornering ABS is in. Riders will also get switchable Cornering Traction Control. These rider aids make a real difference, especially when the weather turns or you’re carving through twisties.

KTM hasn’t tinkered with the mechanical bits. The frame, engine, wheels — all pretty much the same as the outgoing version. The bike still rolls on a 19-inch front and 17-inch rear alloy combo. That’s good news for fans who liked how the older model handled.

But there’s one small catch. The new 2025 model won’t get an adjustable suspension. That’s something the standard version offers. So if you want that extra bit of tuning freedom, you’ll still need to pay for the top-spec trim.
